「海鹽燉橙


材料:-
橙(橘子)..........1個
海鹽.................1/2茶匙


做法:-
1. 用刀於橙的頂部位置切下,然後用小刀於橙肉部份?數下,加入海鹽,蓋上橙蓋,用牛油紙封好。
2. 然後放入燉盅內,燉1小時便可。


小貼士:-
燉好之橙,會有一些湯汁流出,切勿棄掉,此仍藥用價值最高之處,緊記喝掉。
